Do I need to join a membership plan?
No — you can continue to pay as you go. However, our Gold and Diamond Plans help you spread the cost of your routine care and include exclusive savings on treatments.
Can I join the plan at any clinic?
Yes. Membership is available at all Stella Dental clinics — Nottingham, Stafford and Stourbridge. You can join during your appointment or contact our reception team to get started.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations so your slot can be offered to another patient. Missed appointments may still be charged.
Are consultations free?
Your initial consultation is charged at £75 and includes a full dental examination, x-rays where needed, and a personalised treatment plan.
Do you offer finance?
Yes — we provide flexible payment plans, including 0% finance options, to help spread the cost of your treatment.
Can prices change?
We review our fees annually to ensure they reflect the latest technology, materials, and clinician expertise. You’ll always receive a written estimate before starting any treatment.
