Client Care Membership
Jump to pricesClient Care Membership at Stella Dental starts with Routine Gold at £24 a month, which covers two examinations and two hygiene visits a year and costs £92 a year less than booking them one by one. Adult memberships go up to £48 a month, children’s membership is £10 a month, and you pay by direct debit. You can join at our Stafford, Stourbridge and Nottingham clinics.

We work out the savings by comparing Routine Gold (£288 a year) and Routine Diamond (£432 a year) with paying £95 for each examination and £95 for each Silver hygiene visit.
The 10% member saving applies to routine care, hygiene and restorative treatment only, and can’t be combined with another offer.
You pay monthly by direct debit, and Patient Plan Direct collects the payments for us.

FAQs
Do I need to join a membership plan?
No. You can pay as you go at Stella Dental’s listed prices. If you prefer a membership, Routine Gold is £24 a month for two examinations and two hygiene visits a year, which is £92 less than booking them individually. Members also save 10% on routine care, hygiene and restorative treatment.
Can I join the plan at any clinic?
Yes. Membership is available at all Stella Dental clinics — Nottingham, Stafford and Stourbridge. You can join during your appointment or contact our reception team to get started.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations so your slot can be offered to another client. Missed appointments may still be charged.
Are consultations free?
No. New clients start with The Stella Dental 360 Analysis, which is £95. The £95 is not taken off any treatment afterwards. Consultations for dental implants, clear aligners and cosmetic treatment are from £45.
The 360 Analysis covers a smile portrait, a 3D scan, X-rays where your dentist judges them needed, a full check of your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, a smile design evaluation and your written plan with prices. If your clinician needs a scan or X-rays for a consultation, we quote them and agree them with you before they are taken. The clear aligner consultation includes a 3D scan and a predicted-result smile simulation.
