If you'd like to start straightening your teeth in the new year, December is a good month to book your consultation. Your aligners are made to your own treatment plan once you approve it, and that takes a few weeks, so a consultation in December is what makes a January fitting realistic.
From December consultation to January fitting
- You meet the team, talk through what you'd like to change, and we take a 3D digital scan of your teeth.
- You see a smile simulation of the predicted result and get a written treatment plan with the exact price, so you can take your time deciding.
- Once you approve the plan, your aligners are made for you. This usually takes a few weeks.
- You come back for your first aligners, and we show you how to wear them and look after them.

What happens at your consultation
A treatment consultation at Stella Dental is £45. In the same appointment we take a 3D digital scan of your teeth, show you a smile simulation and give you a written treatment plan with the exact price. The simulation shows a predicted result: how your teeth could look, not a promise of the final outcome.
Bring any questions you have about wearing aligners or paying for treatment. There's no obligation to go ahead.
Spreading the cost
Our clear aligner packages start from £2,750. Every package includes a fully bespoke treatment plan, retainers, two full courses of teeth whitening and additional refinements, and each comes with a warranty.
If you'd rather spread the cost, 0% APR finance is available over 3, 6, 10 or 12 months, subject to status. Your written plan sets out the exact price before you decide.
Your first few days with aligners
Most clients feel tightness or mild pressure for a day or two with each new aligner - pressure rather than pain - and a rubbing aligner edge is smoothed at short notice.
